In 1987, Eastern Airlines entered into a economic crash due to Union Busters who wanted to take control of the airline for the money. Frank Lorenzo was his name, bought the airline during that time period and ended up causing the airline to enter bankruptcy in 1991. Afterwards Eastern Closed its doors.

Nearly 25 years later a man with a dream"Nelson Acosta" had the craziest idea ever, to restart a airline from scratch and to remove it from its grave. On December 28, 2014 just a day before Airtran Airways closed, Eastern Airlines restarted with only one route, Miami to Orlando. The airline did 6 roundtrips a day, but for half the price for what you would actually pay for.

That ignited the spark, we started getting more customers and revenue. As time went by we opened to more destinations, bought more planes, but kept the fares low. Today we still believe in low fares, but whe also believe in expansion! Today we fly to over 250 destinations worldwide, including Asia, Europe, Latin America, and the Carribean.

We currently hold over 500 Planes in our fleet which the numbers will continue to rise.

Our goal is to expand and grow our crew too. Here at Eastern, we are not just any airline, we care about out customers and crew and we plan on giving you what we call the best of air travel!
